Prestige Group acquires CapitaLand’s stake in SPVs for Rs 342 crore

Bangalore-based realty developer Prestige Group, through its subsidiary, has concluded acquisition of CapitaLand's stake in its various special purpose vehicles for around Rs 342 crore.
